Had an oil change, tire rotation done here. I realize the cost of everything has gone up, but 125.00 stung.took an hour, drove 1 mile, uaed my wipers/washer to clean windshield. No fluiid in washer. Always assumes filling was included..called and talked to mgr, said yea that's included, bring it in we will check it out. Glad i was close, otherwise would have done it myself.mgr and tech came out to look, almost bone dry. Tech asked if there was any fluid where i had parked...nope, none. Mgr said sometimes manufacturer dedect? Nope, vehicle has 20k miles, never had issue...tech says yea i filled it up, there must have been a bubble. Made me chuckle...ok...a bubble. I would have loved for them to just take ownership, they forgot to do it...i would have been fine with that, and would probably take vehicles back to them. However, the lack of accountability, made me question them just a bit more, did they actually change the oil? Oil filter? For that, i will more than likely not return
