Lincoln auto repair

First time user. A little bit too pricey. About twice as much as I would pay if I took my vehicle to my mechanic I have been using. It was an emergency situation and because my mechanic was on vacation. Will never use them again.

I think inMotion is the best service shop in Lincoln. My car is 18 years old and they have done an excellent job every time it needs a repair and that has occurred reguarly over the last couple of years. Their warranty on parts gives me peace of mind, especially due to the age of my car. It also makes me feel good about having this shop complete the repair. They check up on you a few days after the repair and again every few months by email and that makes a huge difference. At other shops, you get the impression they have forgotten about you. InMotion has been very good at letting me know exactly what my car is going to need next and if the repair is urgent or not. This has helped me budget into the year as to what I'm going to spend. It can be very difficult to find a shop that maintains this level of honesty and customer loyalty. For these reasons, I would not hesitate to refer anyone to their shop. You really do get honesty, quality and great employees to talk to. I wouldn't take my car to any other shop.

VERY good Service -- was given options and not SOLD - very punctual and had options for a ride - they even delivered the truck to me when done!!!

Bearings were replaced in the rear or our travel van. It is so quiet now! Are really enjoying listening to our stereo now.
