I was a first time customer the other day. I called and spoke with Jared, as my car wouldn't start. I thought it may be my starter (again!), and he thought maybe the battery. He suggested I have it towed to inMotion, and they would test the battery first, and if it was the battery, they could get me back on the road the same day! If it was the starter, it would be a couple days before they could diagnose the problem. I had it towed over to inMotion within a hour or so. It wasn't long before Jared called and said that it indeed was my battery, they had a battery to fit my car in stock, and they could get it done before closing. I was stunned! I was given a thorough review/report of my car, with photos, of things that I should think of getting fixed in the near future. That was very surprising as well; very detailed! They had the shuttle driver come pick me up at home, and brought me to inMotion, and my car was ready and waiting for me. I will definitely be going back for future repairs, whether it's with this car, or any future vehicle I may have. It ended up costing me less than I thought, since I thought the starter, and they had me back on the road so I won't miss my medical appointment this week. They're top notch in my book! Andrew was the technician, and he did a GREAT JOB!
