Not sure I’m happy this time. My car just doesn’t “feel” right. Brakes are weird, transmission doesn’t seem well. Doesn’t mean I won’t be back just means I’m not as pleased as usual.

Take amazing care of there customers, offer shuttle rides and loaner vehicles so you don't have to interrupt your normal life. Also very thorough and transparent in their diagnosis of your vehicle, along with pictures and videos to show anything that could be an issue.

I was very impressed with inMotion. Kind staff, excellent communication, thorough explanation of my car's problems, and successful repair! This was my first time there, but I have decided to make this my go to place in the future.

Went to this place cause of the reviews! Make a long story short, brake work needed done. 1st time in ... New pads, resurfacing of front rotors. Still problems. 2nd time in ... New rear pads, resurfacing of rear rotors. Still problems! 3rd time in ... Their solution was to resurface ALL rotors again or I could pay for brand new rotors all around and a receive a credit for work already done! For $560 after the credit is applied? Told them no immediately, just resurface them all. Still problems! Took it elsewhere and the new place I took the vehicle to, said the front pads were already done to 6mm (10mm brand new and this work was just performed at inMotion within the last month). It leads me to believe that inMotion grinded the newer front brake pads down in 'attempts' to make better contact with the front rotors! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! As far as I'm concerned your company owes me $800!
