The crew at InMotion is absolutely amazing! They got in car in and out quickly and communicated very well. I got a full report back, and was able to fix my issues. They are a little pricier, but it was worth it to make sure my car was road ready

They picked up my vehicle. Took it in for service. Contacted me with updates; then brought the vehicle back to my house. I appreciate the extra effort it took for them to get my vehicle to their service location.

I was advised by my sisters to go to this shop for an inspection on my new car (new to me, it is a car from 2009) When you first walk in, the shop is busy, but as soon as you get a chance to talk to someone, they are very friendly. I got the oil change and the tire rotation, along with a basic inspection, and it was around $100, idk if that is their usual pricing or with a coupon or a referral discount, I was a little absent minded that day. The staff are fun to talk to, and when they give you the detailed rundown of the inspection, they are very informative. I haven't gotten an email from them yet, but the person who told me the results of the inspection did give me a printout with details of the the repairs that they suggest should happen sooner rather than later. As a person on a tight budget, I do appreciate that the staff did not try to pressure me in any way. When I have the funding for the repairs, I will gladly drive across town to this location again.

John was very upbeat and jokey, and I tried to keep up with him even without my espresso (my sisters and mother picked me up right after check in so we could get coffee together) he was cool though :) Bailey told me the results of the inspection and did give me a printout with details of the the repairs that they suggest should happen sooner rather than later. She also let me know about the other options I had for finding any parts that they might not be able to source through manufacturers. Overall, she was fun to talk to as well :) As a person on a tight budget, I do appreciate that the staff did not try to pressure me in any way to do repairs I cannot afford right now, as i have been pressured at other shops. When I have the funding for the repairs, I will gladly drive across town to this location again.

John assisted me with coordinating the repairs on my truck with ease. I had a water pump go out on my truck and he was able to get my truck fixed up immediately. I had an issue with minor coolant temperatures increasing over normal throughout the following week, but they had me bring back the truck free of charge to make sure the repairs were done correctly and there was not anything I needed to worry about going forward. I could not be any happier with my experience here. Thank you John for all of your help!
