Made appointments for oil changes on 2 vehicles. After picking up the first vehicle after the oil change I noticed fluids leaking. The plugs to the front and rear differential were left loose from their inspection. Stopped back by and they didn’t seem concerned at all about the levels since it had been leaking. When picking up the second car I was told we needed a tire rotation and new tires ASAP even though there is plenty of tread left on them. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of someone they thought knew nothing about vehicles. I can defiantly find somewhere better to get routine services done.

Thanks for the feedback Sarah. We apologize if the differential plugs were loose and for any inconvenience it may have caused - we appreciate that you brought it back for us for correction. The fluid levels were full and there were no signs of leaking from the differentials. The fluid that you are seeing was noted on your inspection and shown to you while your vehicle was on the hoist. This 2001 truck is in very good shape however it's not uncommon for vehicles with excess of 200,000 miles to have some seepage or leaking from the engine. During the inspection on your Subaru, we did notate that all four of your tires were at 4/32" and at 4/32" we do recommend drivers start planning for replacement. This is a budgetary consideration for most customers and many prefer the heads up for an upcoming expense. Your tires, when new, originally had 9/32" tread depth, with the wear bars at 2/32". When picking up your vehicle, you mentioned that the tires were for summer use only and our techs should have known that - less than 1/2 of 1% of our customers use different tires for summer and winter, due to the rarity of this practice, most consumers will volunteer this information. With that said, unfortunately we just don't have the time to look up each tire model to see if is for summer use only and then verify with the driver that they only use them in the summer. Our mission is to provide information to our customers so they can make educated decisions on how to maintain and repair their vehicles. Based on the quality information we provide, we do not want or need to use high pressure sales tactics at inMOTION Auto Care. What they do with that information is entirely up to each individual customer.

I went in to get a truck checked out that I was going to buy. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out everyone was friendly and helpful. I had to wait while they looked it over so I went for a walk and came back thirsty, they offered free water which is always a plus. The diagnostics they went through for the truck were very easy to understand as they went over them step by step with me when they were done checking it out. I'll be back for future car problems for sure.

I was really impressed with inMOTION Auto Care. I chose it based off of the reviews I read and they really do reflect on what kind of establishment this is. I got to watch Judge Judy and eat popcorn while I waited which honestly was the most relaxing part of my week this far. I received the inspection straight to my email so I could review it in real time and also go over it whenever I need to remind myself of things that need to be replaced coming up. The customer service from every employee was awesome. Nobody made me feel like I was wasting their time or just another customer but instead a person with a story that deserved their time and attention. Brian went through the entire inspection with me and let me know about different services that they offer, but never once pressured me into anything. That is huge! The whole experience really was top notch. The next time I set up my car service I won’t have to worry about where to go, I’ll just go to inMOTION.

I have been a happy customer of inMOTION Auto Care for over 5 years and highly recommend their services! To begin with, scheduling is incredibly easy and can be done from their website or by giving them a call. They even send you a text alert when it is time to schedule your next oil change! When you arrive, the location is clean, updated, friendly and inviting. They have a comfortable seating area with a television and popcorn machine. If you would prefer to drop your car off and get a ride to work/home - no problem! Their drivers are typically available as soon as you arrive and can drop you off and pick you up wherever you request. As far as the work being done on your car, I trust them as though they are family. After evaluating the current state of your car, they not only email or text you the inspection report, they also call to review how the inspection went and if further work needs to be completed. They have never pushed further work on my car unless they absolutely believed it needed to be done and only after reviewing the service and price with me beforehand. They have gone the extra mile in making me aware of future services that may need to be done on my car and how much I should budget for each service. I am in the market to purchase some new tires and they provided a detailed quote of 3 options that would work for my car (lower $ option, mid $ option, and higher $ option). When I pick up my car, it is clean and they either leave coupons and/or goodie bags to show their appreciation for your business. The staff at inMOTION are professional, courteous, understanding, and will feel like family. While out on the road, I feel confident and safe due to the work completed by inMOTION. You will not be disappointed!
