Dang, I’ve never been this impressed by a car garage before. I took my car in for an oil change & air conditioning recharge. I had been having some other issues, and they did a once-over on my car. Turns out, it was a mess. Truly. I decided to fix it all. Something I really appreciated was that Jared would text me before they started ANYTHING on my car. They never did anything without my permission, so I knew exactly what was going on and exactly the cost. He was upfront about the prices and services he could offer, and even offered multiple options. I can’t express how wonderful he and the crew were, especially with all of my questions. No doubt this is my #1 place to go in Lincoln now! My car has never run better. Thanks guys!

these guys recently did a good job on an oil change for me. Chris, you best believe I want a report on needed repairs, and I did get that. I know you don't have to do this, and I don't have to go into in motion either. now over all I am happy with in motion, there is one thing: FYI: if I can not get an estimate on the work, including prices, then I can not deal with in motion. who in the world wants price shock from surprises. I know you said you would get me estimate, well that was over 2 weeks ago, and I have not seen the estimate. sound like you don't want to mess with the work. the preceding is my message to Chris at in motion. it is my experience with them. they did give me reason to seek a 2nd opinion. the 2nd opinion people were happy to give me prices right on the spot, following a free inspection. I think in motion does good work, but they don't seem to like to quote prices. good work, but need improvement on some issues I have mentioned.

It was 105° outside, had a car trip I had to make. Wouldn't you know my ac is blowing warm air. Traveling with kids I was desperate for help! InMOTION was able to get me in and fixed the ac. Customer service was top notch. They were speedy and priced fair! The waiting area was clean! They earned my business for years to come! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

New customer to this business. Courteous staff who are all about the customer having a positive experience. Every procedure is explained in detail and no one is trying to hurry you out. A super positive experience, I will definitely bring my vehicles here from now on. Your staff is top-notch!!!

I've been going to InMotion for a few years now. I almost feel like I'm part of the family. They always greet me with a smile and a familiar, 'how are ya?' They never give me the run around about what's wrong with my car. They always make sure I'm comfortable moving forward before making any changes. They have made some great improvement too. The shuttle service they offer is much appreciated. On this last visit, they were able to give me a loaner vehicle until they could look at my vehicle. Overall, it's a great place that's run and operated by great people.

Everyone working is courteous and helpful and they don’t pressure you or make you feel stupid about your lack of awareness when it comes to your vehicle. I have asked them to look at things like tire rotations, and they will tell you if it doesn’t need it instead of just doing the service anyway. I really like their honesty. I will continue being loyal and I recommend them completely.
