I've towed cars there for my customers as I own a tow company here in Lincoln and in my experience all their technicians and all the people who work behind the counter are stand up people they're helpful and polite I would give this business and AAA plus plus plus rating

Chris was informative when I first came to check on service for my Toyota Tacoma. He reviewed the service procedures for my truck. Previously I had all the work done at Performance/Baxter. Chris explained the required service for my truck at 30,000 miles.The work was done according to the explanation. Excellent service as always. Pleasant waiting area. When I arrived a car was brought in by AAA tow-truck, I assured her that she was in good hands. They quickly identified the problem then performed a check to be sure the car was safe to continue her return to Colorado.

Wrong license plate number

It's refreshing to know I can take my cars here and know they will be honest, thorough, and helpful in what needs to be done and when so I can budget for it. I have been to many Auto repair facilities in the City over the years (some very popular ones I might add) and this has not always been the case.

Once again Chris Stock treated my wife with good humor, respect and professionalism.
