Lincoln auto repair

This morning InMotion changed my oil and I had a fantastic 5 star experience. I was offered services very clearly with no pressure to purchase more service than I wanted. The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee was hot. The shuttle service was offered, but I decided to just wait. I will and do recommend InMotion to my friends.

The most efficient & remarkable "oil change" we've ever had done! A courier service was provided & we even had a coupon for a discount. All aspects of our vehicle was provided with pictures and videos of explanation of any "suggested work" free of charge. Our car was vacuumed & returned & they waited for us to reply on their recommendations. Thank you, inMotion for your polite professional service! Best we've ever had!

This review is coming late but it still needs to be said. This is such an amazing car repair shop with extremely compassionate and happy people who work there. I took my car in because it was experiencing a constant shake every time I would slow down. I still needed my car to go to work and so they provided me a vehicle to use while they had my car. They fixed my car by the next day and made sure that I was satisfied with the service. These guys are the best in Lincoln and I'm never taking my car anywhere else. I felt listened to and taken care of the whole time. Please take a trip to In motion if you're having car issues. They are well worth it.

I received great service at inMOTION auto care. the first thing I noticed was how clean both the outside of the building was, as well as the inside. I was greeted when I walked in and was offered water or coffee as well as popcorn! There was a play area for kids which I appreciate as I have a toddler as well as a baby on the way. I went in for an oil change, and they also inspected my entire car and reviewed the inspection results with me at the end. This was a digital report which was then text messages to me so I could keep for my personal records. I Thought that was very unique and practical. the service was prompt and the price was what I expected. It was a very simple job (oil change) but the pleasant experience is what will bring me back for any car needs that I have in the future. I highly recommend!
