They were ready for my appointment, and knew I planned to stay. Service was done in less time than they said it would take and I was on my way.

The last question that should be asked if the customer is using the wonderful shuttle service, is "What time and where do you want to be picked up?" Customer should not have to call in and ask if/when the shuttle van will be picking them up. The wonderful and reliable service I get, though, keeps me going back.

inMotion were very friendly and professional. They kept me updated on the status of my repair and when my car would be ready. I had two different friends recommend inMotion to me, and I am glad they did. I only gave 4/5 stars because my repair took longer than expected, the wrong part was shipped. And while I recognize that is beyond the control of inMotion, it still colors my experience there. But as I said, they did an excellent job of notifying me a couple of time daily where we were at in the process. I would definitely go to inMotion again.
