We love InMotion. It is great to work with a repair shop that is qualified AND honest!!!!

Over all & this being my 2nd experience, my rating is excellent. All my questions were answered + tips regarding issues. Felt I was given individual attention & time needed to understand.I rec to anyone needing such services. One caveat to make clear. Upon hearing opinions from others re: charges. Yes. This may be slightly higher fee. My personal opinion is; you are getting what you pay for. If well trained, experienced technicians, using up to date computerized diagnostics, along with reasonable length guarantee, a print-out with detailed work done, professional atmosphere & individual concerns addressed, isn't what you are looking for, then to each his own!

Everyone at In Motion is so friendly and helpful! They have become our friends and we trust their judgement in servicing our cars!

The staaff was very courteous, hepful & welcoming. I was a walkin, and they were able to schedule my car within the hour. They offered me a ride, popcorn, coffee, & water. My car was done before it was promised, and they were very professional.

inMotion did a great job of keeping me updated in regards to my vehicle. Phone calls and emails were extremely helpful!

You guys always do such a great job! Thanks for going out of your way to come to our house to jump the car and take it in. I appreciate the phone call asking what all we want fixed. My mouth then again dropped when we found our car in our church parking lot when we showed up for church last night. The customer service here is amazing and you always go above and beyond. My 2000 Dakota Sport truck only has a little less than 74000 miles on it but. I intend to follow your recommendations on the continued maintenance program. At my age I don't intend to purchase another vehicle.I'm more than satisfied by your surface.My wife and I intend to bring our vehicles to you for our needs.

I really appreciate the honesty of this shop. Prices are fair and there is no pressure to buy. I was shown what was wrong with my vehicle (by the way their shop is spotless) and given a printed inspection and estimate for the work. Work was done on time and came in under the estimate.Thanks Chris and Jared for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I will be back!!
