I like that what I was needing done was reconfirmed with me. I was listened to when explaining what I thought was wrong. I appreciated that while many items could be diagnosed that needed repair I did not feel pressured into repairing things all at once. Being on a limited budget repairs for me have to be spread out. Being a single woman I usually feel be-littled and taken advantage of in dealing with car repair because I am not knowledgeable in this. My recent experience with inMotion made a normally hated experience a pleasant one. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle to inMotion again. The shuttle service to and from work was a great help as well.
