Love the hours and Courtesy shuttle. My door lock had broke on December 27th, called at 7:00 AM on December 29 and it was repaired and ready for pickup that night!!

Inmotion is very customer focused, this is not lip-service; they live it. My latest situation related to an dfimmediate need for an oil change. I realized at 3:00 on Friday afternoon that I needed an oil change prior to my departure on a 3,500 mile road trip the next morning. Sherri took my urgent call for help and squeezed me in. Upon arrival, I noticed every service bay was full. Inmotion literally squeezed me in to allow me to keep my travel plans on schedule. Thanks.
