Lincoln auto repair

I took my car in for one specific service (headlight restoration - they're as good as new!), and while it was there, the inMOTION staff checked it out. I received an email with an explanation of what they found, and it was up to me to decide if I wanted them to correct any of the issues they found. What made it a five-star experience was that no one was pushing me on anything or trying to sell me a product or service I didn't need! Which I appreciate. Also, the courtesy van drivers, Joe and Bob, are delightful.

They are fast, friendly and the shop and waiting area are very clean! They don't make any repairs without checking first and they send you a very detailed inspection sheet with each service!

I was surprised to find out my car needed so many repairs, but I was always kept in the loop and was always given the choice as to what work I wanted to be completed as well as any delays. Chris was great to work with and Sherry and Jared are always friendly and professional. The courtesy van driver does a great job in getting customers to and from work.
