you should now that changing my battery in jeep liberty ruined the stereo. not your fault its a Chrysler defect but you should warn people with jeeps before you change it. look it up. I was frustrated that the engine light came on and CD stopped working... just disappeared. I have to buy a new unit - again, not your fault but WTF for Chrysler? Your customer service is excellent add that just so you know,,, if we do this to your jeep it could result in... and you will be all that much better

I can't say enough good things about everyone at inMOTION! The customer service is AMAZING!!!! Only at my job is it better, sorry guys, but that's true. Absolutely satisfied AGAIN. They make you feel like you've known them all of your life. Excellent people skills, always friendly and they do a wonderful job. I won't take my Escape anywhere else!!!! No other service station/garage whatever you call them can even come close to touching you. Thank you Chris, Jared, Pat, Joe, Bob, Sherri and anyone else I missed!!!! Oh, and thanks for the BACON! You do realize I expect that now any time I have to come in don't you? I give you a 20 overall.

I always receive excelllent service when I'm there.

I am always pleased with the level of professionalism and service I receive. I am given a list of things that need to be taken care of now and those that can wait for a while. It's nice not to be pressured into doing all the repairs/maintenance at the same time.
