I especially appreciate Sherri and Chris and the driver who so graciously shuttles customers to work and home while their cars are worked on. I was very pleased with the customer service provided. I appreciated that we were able to get in on such short notice on a Friday since we were leaving on vacation on Monday. The concern I have is that they were pretty sure they had fixed the problem with my car as they found a loose battery cable which certainly could have been the cause of the strange electrical quirks that were happening, but after picking the car up on Friday we were experiencing the same problems on Saturday/Sunday. With our trip coming up I did some on-line research and discovered we had a crack in our taillight that allowed water to pool inside it which was causing the electrical system to act up. My husband and I took it apart dried up the water and sealed the crack and it has been good ever since.Again you are amazing, caring and knowledgeable people very willing to work with your customers! I will return for my future vehicle needs!!
