Our service advisor Jared was awesome! Kept us informed on the status of our vehicle and answered all our questions throughly. He and the mechanic did an excellent job of fixing and replacing parts that needed to be at a very reasonable price. When the vehicle was finished, I was working and they even delivered it to our house at no extra charge. This is the best vehicle experience I have had in years. I will recommend and continue using InMOTION for my vehicle needs.

inMotion is unlike any automotive repairs operation I've encountered. When I explained car issue, they are the only one that told me NOT to drive car to repair shop. Provide detailed information/explaination before work is done, feel honest and up front, expedient (though busy), very courteous. All employees are very courteous. inMotion is definitely my future vehicles' forever home. Highly recommend.

The people here are awesome. Bailey helped me so much. This was my first big car repair since my husband died. She walked me through it with patience and grace. They are always friendly and do excellent work.
