This place has very friendly service, was able to get my car in and out at time promised for new brakes and brake fluid flush. The work they did was top quality, they called for repair approval+++ I did think the price was a little high for rear brakes but you get what you pay for, good service.

With my service. No issues with work. Top notch. They had to keep my car overnight. I dropped off at 830am. They were down a tech. It was not until 30 mins before closing I got the call won't be completed. I was working still. My daughter uses my car for work. We have other cars in the household but it was a real struggle to get everybody to work on time. Wish I would of got call sooner so could of had a loaner vehicle to use.

I have always had on time service and very helpful people at the garage.

While they are very through seeking every penny that they can squeeze out of you, if you don't have all the recommended services, expect to have your vehicle's priority to be 0. If they happen to perform services that you didn't approve, they will remove the charges. But be wary.

What amazing service! Not only do they take great care of my mom and her vehicle, but they took care of my situation after breaking down on the highway, coming into town from Michigan! They drove us home at no charge, provided the most detailed evaluation of my car’s issues, and were so helpful communicating with my husband back home in Michigan. They shared with me all what needs to be done! Their honesty and care is worth every penny you pay! They are very transparent with everything which is hard to come by. They also have a shuttle service to take you to and from work/back home. I won’t be going anywhere else but Inmotion for any of my automotive needs!

I’m glad I got a second opinion at InMOTION; a $1400 quote at my dealership turned out to just be a loose strut rod nut, no joke. John at InMotion went above and beyond to gain my trust; with very thorough and detailed communication regarding my vehicle’s inspection, including pictures via text message. John at InMOTION gave me options on fixing the problem, instead of just throwing brand new parts at the car (like my dealership recommended).
