I was very pleased with the people and service. Repairs were done as explained and in the promised timeframe. The coffee and popcorn were great also.

Sadly, my car was towed to this shop. My car had ‘died’ on O St near this shop on a Saturday pm. 1. A $150 diagnostic fee was charged which is not applied to service. 2. It’s a busy place. Originally I was told that they would not get to the car probably until the following Tuesday. Luckily I heard back from them on Friday. Still not sure what was wrong. Not sure what the diagnostic showed. I thought the shops had a way to narrow down what’s wrong with their computerized program. I was told they would need at least three more hours to figure it out. Not sure if the ignition switch or what. Though I was told it was probably from an automatic starter that I had put in a year ago. So after apparently tearing much of the car apart, they concluded that it was the automatic starter and disconnected that. I was charged close to $600! The customer service was good, I will not use this place for future automotive needs.

First rate service as usual. Have dealt with inmotion for all my vehicle needs since they opened. I would not consider taking my vehicles any where else. When they do it they do it right.

The InMotion team was able to get my vehicle in quickly under a time crunch and get it repaired in the time it was needed. They did a good inspection and repaired the concern correctly the 1st time.
