First, let me say I'm not easily impressed by auto repair shops. Yet, in motion definitely outdid themselves. Their service was impressive. The pickup & and drop-off service is convenient. Even after a little snaffu they helped by simply fixing the mistake and didn't make me pay for it.<br><br>JCs communication throughout was exceptional & she even sent a thank you note. Highly recommend!

We are new to Lincoln and needed a place to get our vehicle serviced, through google maps I found inMotion was highly rated. I called to get an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. The service went smooth and they provided a very detailed report upon completion. They recommended a few things that might need attention in the future, but no hard sell. The fact that they offer vehicle pickup & delivery is also a huge benefit in our situation.

Pricing is just right too! They have a shuttle service that will get you where you need while your car is getting repairs. They also delivered my car to me for free the last time I took it in. I was having a rough day at work and that made everything 1000 times better! I cannot say enough good things about this place to do it justice!

excellent service. when I had an older car they did work with me to save me some money, yet still do a great job. I, now have a lot newer car / SUV hi brid. it is nearing the end of most of the warranty on it, so I will, likely be returning here for most of my needed repair / preventive maintenance needs. the free popcorn is appreciated and is a bonus. I also like, that I can wait on my car if it is something simple. I like the shuttle service when a repair might take a bit longer, too. I had the last ratings happen on my Present Honda CRV. good job great service, still.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism @inMOTION Auto Care. They were accommodating in every way possible. They sent regular text message updates on the status of my vehicle being worked on. After service was completed they made sure to inquire if the job was to my satisfaction as well. Im very pleased with the whole experience, especially it being the first time going there. I will be returning in the future.

Fantastic service! I was able to get an appointment quickly and my car was serviced the same day. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the day giving me updates so I wouldn’t be left wondering. I really enjoyed them. They even dropped my car off to me at work so I didn’t need to leave to grab it. I look forward to working with them again. And Jacey was a gem!

Phenomenal service- the communication, explanation of needs and service is top notch. They provided details and photos of the things that needed to be fixed and helped me prioritize needs. My husband picked up my car and they even had stuffed animals in my girls car seats which made them feel extra special. Will definitely continuing using them for my future car needs.
