Rewards That Stay Active When You Do
Your Rewards remain active as long as you visit inMOTION Auto Care at least once every 12 months.

How do I check my Rewards balance?
Enter the phone number associated with your inMOTION Auto Care account in the Rewards Balance Lookup above. No separate username or password is required.
How do I earn Loyalty Rewards?
Members earn 3% back on qualifying parts and labor.
Your available Rewards can be used toward future qualifying service at inMOTION Auto Care.
Are there services that don't earn the standard 3% Rewards?
Yes. Rewards are not earned on towing, road hazard, proration, rebates, sublet, warranty, discounts, tires and wheels, batteries, or qualifying oil changes that participate in the Oil Change Award.
Business/fleet accounts are also excluded from earning Loyalty Rewards.
How does the Oil Change Award work?
Purchase 2 qualifying oil changes and receive 50% off your 3rd qualifying oil change, up to $50.
Qualifying oil changes participate in the Oil Change Award rather than earning the standard 3% Loyalty Rewards.
How do referrals work?
Refer a friend or family member to inMOTION Auto Care and they'll receive a $25 Referral Gift Card toward their qualifying first visit.
After their qualifying visit, you'll receive $25 in Loyalty Rewards.
Start by looking up your rewards, then click "View My Benefits."
From there, you can access your Referral Cards and send one directly to a friend or family member. The system will track the referral and automatically recognize when your referred customer completes their qualifying first visit.
Can I transfer my Rewards to someone else?
Yes. Available Loyalty Rewards may be transferred to another customer.
Is there a maximum amount of Rewards I can earn or keep?
There is currently no maximum Loyalty Rewards balance you may accumulate.
Do my Rewards expire?
Rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Each qualifying visit resets the inactivity period and keeps your available Rewards active.
How do I join inMOTION Auto Care Loyalty Rewards?
Enrollment is automatic for qualifying inMOTION Auto Care customers. Once enrolled, you can use your phone number to look up your Rewards and benefits.
Do fleet or business accounts participate?
No. Fleet and business accounts are excluded from the Loyalty Rewards Program.
Can I combine my Loyalty Rewards with other offers?
Loyalty Rewards and promotional offers may have their own terms and conditions. Please contact inMOTION Auto Care if you have questions about combining Rewards with another offer.
How will inMOTION Auto Care communicate with me about my Rewards?
inMOTION Auto Care may send Loyalty Rewards updates by text or email, including available Rewards, earned benefits, referral opportunities, and expiration reminders.
Customers receiving SMS messages may reply STOP to opt out of text messaging.
