Feedback was provided re: care the car needed. Hot coffee was offered and staff was very friendly. Tires were rotated free of charge since they were purchased at In Motion. Website is user friendly. Receive a reminder and immediate confirmation appointment of your choice is available.Have had my car serviced for several years and have been very pleased with this company.

Jared responded immediately to my vehicle emergency. He got a tow truck there as fast as possible, diagnosed the problem, and had it ready to return to the road by the end of the day. Couldn't have been happier with the work!

inMotion was able to get my vehicle in fairly quickly. The diagnosis of my vehicle didn't take long at all. I wasn't expecting to receive my vehicle back the same day, but I did. I really liked the email notification which included my synopsis of needs immediate repair, suggested repair, tested, etc list. Not pushy on fixing other things, just provided recommendations. However, I did feel the labor pricing was fairly high.
